Our delivery times depend upon the kind of assignment, the complexity of the assignment, the availability of the materials and our other assignments.

We usually start an assignment in 2 to 4 weeks. We mostly deliver our furniture in 12 weeks. However, sometimes we can work faster and deliver your furniture within 6 weeks.

No question or advice is too simple for us. Every project usually originates from a simple concept or idea. Sometimes, the answer to your question is where the conversation ends, at other times it leads to an assignment.

Of course! We’re very experienced in providing you with extensive interior advice. We can start with your wishes and ideas, or we can work from your initial ideas or concepts and take it from there. We can also use the services of an interior designer or an architect to further develop the concept and complete the assignment.

Usually, yes. No assignments and no furniture pieces are alike. Because we only do custom projects, and we need to order specific materials for it, we ask you to make a 45 % downpayment. Another 45 % needs to be paid halfway through the assignment. The remaining 10% can be paid after completion of the assignment or the project.

Yes! We believe in our products and our services. That is why you can also contact us after the legal warranty has expired. We’re always here for you with a good solution and with reasonable rates.

It usually does. We don’t believe in a job half done and in using inferior materials: in the end it never leads to satisfied customers.

That’s why we take our time to give you a good estimate. We work with you on the development of the assignment and we have reasonable rates. And a lot of the times the cost isn’t that much higher!

Of course! You are entitled to the best advice possible, so we can draw up a customised proposal. Often it’s beneficial to talk about the project in the comfort and the peace and quiet of your own home or office.

And by the way, we do not charge you for our visit.

Yes, our estimates are always without any obligation. It’s very important that you take all the time you need to study our proposal and the cost of the project. That’s why we take our time to write the estimate, after which we give you a 20 day period to think about the estimate, ask additional questions and reply to our proposition.

You can pay via cash or bank transfer. Currently, it is not possible to pay via PIN.

We work very hard to make the best products. However, there’s always a chance that you are not completely satisfied with our services or our products.
Please let us know! Because we also want to hear from you when you do not bring us good news. Together we will find a way to solve the issue at hand.
